Flavors know no boundaries at the peached tortilla.  There are no rules.  We start and stop with putting out innovative, great tasting food for the masses.  It’s time to join the flavor revolution and unzip your taste buds.  Austin, allow yourself to get peached.

founder, Eric Silverstein

The peached tortilla was founded by Eric Silverstein, a former litigator who decided to pursue a different career path and marry his passions of food and business.  Eric was born in Tokyo, Japan, where during the early part of his life he was heavily influenced by Japanese, Chinese and Malaysian cuisine.  At the age of ten, Eric moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he was introduced to traditional Southern cuisine, or better yet, “soul food.”  It is his exposure to such divergent flavors and cuisines at an early age which serves as the backdrop for the peached tortilla.  Eric is also a self professed “mobile food junkie” and has an insatiable love for street food.

operations manager/brand manager, Jessica Lewis
