Actions Speak Louder Than Words

Our presence at the Gypsy Picnic on November 6th would not have been possible without our "volunteers" who sacrificed the majority of their Saturday to help us out.  In short, I want to say a big "thank you" to Kris, Vic and Toby for their monumental help.  You may recognize them as they took your orders and/or handed you your food.  All three of them were enthusiastic, kept a great attitude, and represented the peached tortilla how it should be represented: classy, friendly and of course, flavorful. And about that Gypsy Picnic.  Thank you so much to all those who attended!  I realize that our line got rather long at one point and I apologize to all those who had to wait in it.  We were anticipating a much, much smaller crowd; instead we got 15,000+ hungry Austinites.  Nothing speaks trailer acceptance like that many people coming out to show their support.  So thank you, Austin, as well!
