SXSW 2017 Catering & Food Truck Activations

In the blink of an eye, SXSW will be here. Holy moly.

After a whirlwind of nearly 50 events during last year’s SXSW, we are beyond pumped to gear up for all of the craziness that will ensue again from the festivities. We had the privilege of working with some of the best of the best during SXSW, including YouTube, Pinterest, Buzzfeed, Under Armour and Refinery29.

We’re old pros at this SXSW game, so if you’re looking for a someone to fulfill all your SXSW dreams, we’ve got you. We have engaged in many swoon-worthy events in technology, film, and music during SXSW, and know that we can make yours just as awe-inspiring.

During SXSW 2015, we partnered with LogMeIn, a cloud-based service for IT management and customer engagement. By rebranding one of our trucks with their logo, we successfully completed a 4-day SXSW food truck activation and served over 2,000 people. By creating a specific hashtag for their event (#Tacoselfie), utilizing brand ambassadors, and providing swag bags, LogMeIn was able to generate thousands of leads through this SXSW activation.

Another headache we can take out of the equation is full bar services during SXSW. Specifically, we have a mixed beverage license to purchase alcohol on behalf of our clients and create specialty cocktails, such as our Stone Rose (vodka, rose honey syrup, and lime juice). No need to sweat the small stuff - we’re more than happy to take that off your hands!
