The Peached Tortilla 2.0

For those that have been in hiding today, we announced that we will be opening a permanent location right on the Drag near UT at the corner of Guadalupe and Dean Keaton.  The trailer will open tomorrow, March 3rd!  Situated right next to Hole in the Wall, we'll be serving up breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday from 8AM-3PM.  For those who've been waiting to try our breakfast menu, we'll be serving up our three breakfast tacos along with our Town Lake Bowl.  For lunch, we are adding three new burritos, including a pad thai burrito (chicken, pad thai sauce, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, peanuts, bean sprouts, vermicelli, garlic spring onion rice, lime wedge).  Time for all our UT fans to get peached regularly!
